25.50 hours/ 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday preferred/negotiable), term time + 1 week

We are seeking to appoint an organised, hard-working, resourceful and flexible PA on a job share basis to support the Principal of the Open Academy. The post requires excellent inter-personal skills and high levels of ICT competence.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Behaviour
Required to start as soon as possible

Salary Scale F (pro rata)
32 hours per week, term time plus one week
Salary range Scale F point 12 £21,589 to point 17 £23,836 (Pro Rata)
Fixed term contract until 31 August 2020 in the first instance

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible colleague to work in our newly developed nurturing learning environment (The Quay) for students who have challenging behaviour, social and emotional issues as their main barrier to learning. Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive experience in behaviour management and will be motivated to be able to promote positive learning. You will be joining a small team and at times the environment can be challenging but rewarding, so it is essential for you to value the principles of inclusion and be able to aid the children’s development to empower their abilities.

• The ability to relate to and motivate young people

Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Behaviour job description

1-1 TEACHING ASSISTANT – Part Time
Required as soon as possible

Salary Scale D (pro rata)
30 hours per week, term time plus one week
Salary range Scale D point 5 £18,795 to point 6 £19,171 (Pro Rata)
Fixed term contract until 31 August 2020 in the first instance

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible colleague to provide both dedicated one-to-one and in-class support for a designated student in line with their Special Educational Needs. You will be joining a small team and will work across a wide variety of subject areas demonstrating a commitment to helping your student make good progress.

• The ability to relate to and motivate young people
• Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changing daily routines
